This shearling slipper is cut and stitched in our Gaziantep, Turkey workshop, where the same family has worked leather since long before Bespoky existed as a brand in 2018.
Why Calf, Not Buffalo
We use full-grain calf leather instead of split or bonded leather (and instead of the buffalo hide some competitors use). Full-grain keeps the outer fiber layer intact, so it's stronger, breathes better, and develops a natural patina instead of cracking.
