Return and Exchange
Orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days or more have passed since the delivery of your order, we are unable to offer a refund or an exchange.
We only accept returns for items that are in new, unworn condition, with no signs of wear and in their original packaging.
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@bespokyshoes.com before sending anything back. Our team will guide you through the process and confirm the correct return address.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. The return shipping cost is deducted from the refund amount; our support team will confirm the exact deduction with you before the refund is processed. International customers are likewise responsible for return shipping costs.
To begin the exchange or refund process, the product must first be sent to us and inspected. Once the returned item has been received and approved, the refund for the product price is issued to the original payment method, minus the return shipping cost.
