Every Bespoky slipper starts in Gaziantep, Turkey, with artisans who've worked leather for four generations. We opened our doors in 2018, but the hand-stitching techniques go back much further than that.
Why Calf, Not Buffalo
We use full-grain calf leather instead of split or bonded leather (and instead of the buffalo hide some competitors use). Full-grain keeps the outer fiber layer intact, so it's stronger, breathes better, and develops a natural patina instead of cracking.
