Purple barefoot shoes are an unusual choice for men, and this Eminonu pair is cut from smooth purple full-grain calf leather. Elastic side panels give a little as the foot goes in and hold the shoe around it. Heel and forefoot sit at the same height.
The wide toe box lets the toes spread instead of tapering to a point. The rest is minimalist: a smooth upper, a zero drop sole and very little else. Wear them on casual days with chinos, jeans or a plain knit sweater, and let the color lead.

Craftsmanship
Each pair is made to order by a single artisan in our own workshops in Gaziantep and Istanbul, taking 10 to 14 hours of handwork. The leather is genuine and vegetable-tanned, without chrome. Bespoky started in 2018, built on a shoemaking family with four generations behind it.

I've received complements on how they look. They feel amazing and I'm very happy with this purchase. I wish there was something I could do about protecting my toes more. I do some activities where things might land on my feet and I don't need steel-toed shoes, just something more substantial than a thin layer of leather. This is an issue with all my zero-lift shoes so it's no different here and I'm sure it would add weight to the shoe that might not please everyone. Just an issue for me.
I have various injuries to my foot and ankle. These boots have helped me return to dance with significantly less pain.

The sizing was a bit off for me. I had to size down. Also, the color was lighter than expected, but the seller let me exchange for a darker color and smaller size. Note that I measured as directed, but they were longer than I would normally want my shoes.
Look at size chart! They are beautiful sandals, but absolutely HUGE. I'm normally a size 40 (24.5x10) but I size down for sandals. These are comically enormous. I got a great deal and will resell them and continue my search for the perfect pair.
Such nice craftsmanship! I continue to have sizing issues because they are much bigger than expected, but turns out the size chart is foot size and not insole length! I wasn't aware. Next time I will get the right size and they'll be amazing when I can finally wear them!

Every pair starts as a hide on our cutting table and ends with the maker who stitched it. No production line, only a small team of craftsmen.
