How long does it take to get used to a zero-drop shearling slipper?
Most people adjust within one to two weeks of regular wear. Start with a few hours a day and let your calves and feet build strength gradually rather than switching over all at once.
Can I use any conditioner on full-grain leather?
Stick to a neutral, leather-specific conditioner rather than generic oils, which can darken or over-soften the hide. Full product recommendations are in our leather care guide.
Can I wear these in the rain?
A quick shower is fine, especially if the leather has been conditioned recently, but we wouldn't recommend standing water. Dry them naturally, away from radiators or direct heat, if they do get wet.
What exactly does the warranty cover?

Really nice slippers, good quality and very comfortable width. My only complaint is the size chart is a bit misleading. I measured my foot (10.5 inches long) and matched it to the size 42 (10.55 inches on the size chart). I find that the slippers are still a bit small. My heel is not fully on the back of the shoe. They are just house slippers so I dont mind much but would recommend sizing up a bit based on measurement.

I've just received the sandals, but so far I've been super happy. The packaging was personalized, which would excite anyone, I think. The sandals smell lovely, like fresh cut leather. They fit pretty well. They could be a little tighter. I wesr a 39eu and ordered a 39eu but there's a little extra room, and I have a wide foot. Hopefully they don't loosen up too much. I ordered 41 which is more than 1cm larger than my actual size, but unfortunately they are not big enough, although i thoroughly followed measuring instructions for both my feet and shoe sizes. I hope they will expand more in time. Otherwise, the quality of shoes is remarkable! They are light, made of quality materials, designed and made to last. When I contacted the seller, it was suggested that this was my fault or as a result of being wet, however I only just wore them normally around town for a few months. These shoes look exactly as shown and the sizing was spot on. They're very comfortable and spacious. They are completely flat but spacious enough you can fit insoles in them if needed, and the back/heel is high enough that your foot won't slip out while walking after adding an insole. They came in a cute bag with my name on them. I've worn them a few times and have not gotten any blisters. Since I've only had them for a short time I can't say how well they'll hold up, but they seem to be great quality!

I have worn a US size 8 my whole adult life…however…when I tried on my shoes they were too small. When I contacted the seller, he told me I could have a larger size, but only if I sent back the shoes (at my expense) within three days. I decided this was too much trouble and eventually donated the shoes to Goodwill. Not what I would call a great shopping experience.

So far, I really love these. My only complaint is that they are tight on my "problem foot", which is my right foot. On my left foot, the bootie feels like a dream. On my right foot, where the seam hits the bunion, I'm getting numbness because the bootie is too tight. I went off measurements for size and thought the size I ordered would be fine because it seemed fine because I had extra room according to width dimensions. The whole reason I ordered these booties was to hopefully eliminate foot numbness due to too tight/improperly fitting shoes. I typically wear a 7.5 or 8 size and ordered a 38. The quality is beautiful. I'm just concerned about my numb foot.

I think these are made beautifully and are great quality but perhaps are suited better for smaller sizes. I have long and slender feet and wanted some barefoot shoes for work but there is a large gap all down the side of the shoe. There was also a large unexpected tax to pay on top of delivery so not suitable for those of us in the UK.

These are very well made shoes, size as described. Please be aware the leather is very soft so for two days walking they are completely creased. Creasing however looks like a slightly different leather have been used for both shoes so creased differently. Will see how long my OCD brain will be able to cope with that.
