Delivery times

• Türkiye: 1–3 days
• USA and European Union: 3–6 business days
• All other countries: 5–10 business days

Delivery is by UPS Express. Times are estimates from the date of dispatch.

Free shipping worldwide

Shipping is free to every country we deliver to, on every order.

Customs duties and import charges

Customs duties and import charges are calculated and included in the price at checkout. You pay nothing extra when your parcel arrives.

Order preparation

• Because our shoes are handmade, items in stock are shipped within 1–2 business days.
• You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Returns and warranty

You can return your order within 30 days. Details are in our Return Policy.

• Bespokyshoes products carry a 12-month warranty.
