Return and Exchange

Orders must be returned within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days or more have passed since the delivery of your order, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. The shipping fee will be borne by the customer. We only accept returns for items that are in new, unworn condition. International customers are responsible for shipping their return or exchange back to us at their own cost. In order for the exchange and refund process to begin, the product must first be sent to us and inspected. This policy is subject to change by BespokyShoes in its sole discretion, including, without limitation, if your purchase is made in connection with a special promotion or sweepstakes.
