Since 2018, partnering with these workshops, we have built a women's Oxford range that preserves the classic Oxford lineage — closed lacing, low cut, broguing detail — with a true zero drop sole and anatomical wide toe box hidden inside. The vegetable-tanned calf leather upper ranges from soft suede to burnished smooth calf in black, oxblood, cognac, navy, and seasonal colors.

Why Calf Leather, Not Buffalo

Smooth Calf Leather Care

Wipe down after each wear. Condition every 4-6 weeks. For burnished styles, polish with a matching cream once a month. Cedar shoe trees overnight to maintain shape and wick moisture. Full leather care guide.

Suede / Nubuck Care

Brush with a horsehair or nylon brush after each wear. Apply suede protector before first wear. For wet weather, choose smooth calf instead — suede Oxfords work best for dry urban use.

Yes. The Bespoky last is anatomical — wider in the forefoot than most women's Oxfords. Most wide-foot customers fit comfortably in their standard EU size; size up if you are at the upper end.

How long do they last?

With monthly conditioning and resoling at the 3-5 year mark, 5-10+ years of regular wear. The upper develops patina each year.

Can I resole?

Yes — our Oxford uses hand-stitched welt construction. Any quality cobbler can resole; our Gaziantep workshop also offers in-house resoling.

Why Turkish calf leather, not buffalo?
